    Treasured Heirloom and Coercion

My opponent has an ally with Treasured Heirloom attached. I have Vozitian Orders on board. I use Coercion to take control of opponents ally with Heirloom on and then retreat it to my hand via Vozitian Orders. My opponent draws cards from Heirloom. Is this correct interaction?

Will same happen if I use Growing Bog Dweler to kill Coercion-ed ally with Heirloom?

It's correct behaviour. When you take control of an ally, you don't also get control of all the attachments on it, so they still speak to their controller - "draw 2 cards" therefore means "the controller of Treasured Heirloom draws 2 cards". If you kill with Bog Dweller, it would be the same behaviour (controller of Heirloom gets the cards).
