That's if I individually make a post for each one. I do them in waves and go at it 'til I can't stand doing anymore or I have other things to do.

He had only 3 of life, I passed my turn and then the 30 second disconnect count started for whatever reason and I couldn't do a thing!

Firstly, when reporting, please include your game name as well.

Anyways, I cross-referenced and presume you were playing under alexlbl? Your game with maakin is coming up as "expired". This means a player didn't finish their turn in time. If you lose connection to the server and didn't reconnect and finish your turn in time, this results in an "expire" as well.

I presume the countdown you got was the no-WiFi icon? That happens when you're not currently connected to the server. In some cases, your device may be connected to the local network and/or to the Internet as well, but you will get the no-WiFi icon if you're not connected to the server. Causes of this include network issues or perhaps a bug.

He had no allies on board and just a Rain Delay

that was going to end when he ends his turn
I had 5 allies on board which would have finished him in my next turn
However, he just didn't end his turn and let the timer run...
I IMed him 3 times to con't and be more sportsman-like..however, he just let the timer run out and I ended up defeated.
