Is this your old computer we're talking about? (I remember you having issues running SE in the past.) Looks like graphics card/driver issue.

Literally no other game has visual bugs. I haven't had problems running SE, SE has had many glitches (and still does). My problems from the past were the fact that I couldn't get out of fullscreen mode...

Also, this has never happened before. And why some cards and not others? Visual effects like SuperNova are fine.
