    Tome of cryomancy

    Tome of cryomancy
    5cc (mage)
    Mage item- artifact
When an ally becomes frozen, it takes 2 ice damage

Pretty straight forward. It's an item that starts turning your freezing abilities into something more aggressive. In case anybody thinks 5cc is too high...i might point out that when combined with urigons fang, it would be dealing 3 damage to an ally and freezing it for a turn for 2SE. In addition to extra damage from the weapon. It might even need to be 6cc (or be 4cc and only deal 1 damage)

This card looks so much overcosted. If its wording was 'as long as an opposing ally is frozen, its hp is reduced by 2 health. That way you don't have to freeze something after you play tome of cryomancy ( catchy name )
At 4 cc it can work well with Eladwen's ability for 6 damage which is nice.

Like it. But is giving an annoying stall tactic some offense really good for the game? In my gut I think no, but right now the freeze decks, while annoying, are not terribly strong. More options are good... As long as they are the right options.
