So sometimes when loading a deck since 3.16, the clear/save/load and filter buttons disappear, until tapping a card. Playing around a bit, I can fairly consistently recreate it, or a variation of it.
Open Load hero menu
Choose a hero, for which you have more than 1 deck saved.
It is necessary that it is poked directly over a card.
Cancel selection
Buttons disappear
My theory - based on observation - is that the hero selector pane is not removing triggers from the cards in the background.
It sometimes takes a few tries to find the correct spot to push for this to trigger, for which I cannot explain. Its as if only the center regions of the underlying cards trigger at times. Personally its easiest for me with zaladar, or the very left edge of elementalis's button.
