Eternal Troll + Sacrificial Lamb plus Discarding clairification

Tried to search, have not found this mentioned in any thread.
Recently played against the AI, Raikka vs Zhanna.
Eternal Troll on board, not killed.
    Play Sacrificial Lamb, kill Troll.
Thought Troll would come back, instead it goes to graveyard.
If this is not the intent, something needs a fix.

Is Discarding supposed to count as targeting and destroying a card?
There are times I'll make up words and slip them into conversations just to see if anyone is actually protempifying to what I'm saying. - I'm not normal

The answer depends on which of the following was true:

    1. If you played the Troll on the same turn you Sac Lambed it ... then it's not a bug and the card wording explains why.

    2. If you already killed the Troll once that turn before Sac Lambing it ... then it's not a bug and the card wording explains why.

    3. If you played another Troll before doing the Sac Lamb that turn ... then it's not a bug and the card wording explains why.

    4. If the Troll was in play from the start of your turn and didn't leave play at all and you didn't play any other Troll that turn .. then it's a bug.

Please report in Bug Reports if you think it was a bug. Thanks.
