Shadow Era PRO TOUR 2016 FINALS

19th and 20th november a 16 people big popup style event will end all this.

As you know, many events were unattended, this year the pro tour was not perfect, but it must come to an end in some way.
We hope to organize it better in 2017, even with a different format. But the important thing is anoter:
It took almost one year of events to decide the finalists. 4 of them will earn qualification to the WC 2016, and prophecies must be fullfilled.

PRIZES:
The prizes will be the standard for 16 partecipants, but we have other goods to communicate:
5 PAC each for 16 finalists and then 25/15/10 for top 3, graciously conceded by Kyle Poole himself.

THE FORMAT AND RULES:
1- Hero and Deck lock whole tournament.
2- Single Elimination. BO3 for all rounds except final that will be bo5
3- Draws or sync errors = Replay with same player starting.
4- If a player is disconnected during a game, the victory goes to the other player unless both players agree to replay or a player concedes.
5- Prizes are standard, plus PAC and 4 spots for best players in the WC 2016.
6- Match results must be reported on Telegram in Organized play channel.
7- If there are players who get a BYE, they need to send a PM with their Hero choices to the TO on Telegram before round 1 starts
8- Seeds will be shuffled 3 times to ensure random pairing.
9- no cards or playsyles are banned.

Thanks very much for organising this. It's my intention to be around on the day to stream this, register the decks and help with anything that might need impartiality. Should be a great event!

After the abortion of final popup, i've been preparing an excel spreadsheet with final results. Anyone is welcome to control it eventually by pm me.

Why ? Are you already qualified ? After you there is pasdev that is qualified too... so i need a name from your team

Can't play on Saturdays until after nightfall. Since I am gmt -5 I don't see that happening

There is not a real schedule. I think it will start at 14 gmt +0 but no real deadline. If all could play it will close on Saturday. Since there are different time zones i put also Sunday as a possibility to play finals.

So, to confirm, it will start 2pm GMT+0 on Saturday 19th November and maybe will all take place in one go or it might overflow to the next day? I think you will need to at least take deck submissions before then. People can send them to me if they want.

Confirmed start for 2pm gmt 0 on saturday. I think it will not be impossible to end all the popup on saturday, I put sunday as eventual reserve if something wrong in real life happens.
I cannot take deck submissions but feel free to send them to gondorian.
To be clear, @gondorian do you need only hero submission or full decklist ?
