I feel shocked, i was smoking and i choked. Bittersweet memories came one after another.
I really loved her, as a player, as a TO, as a friend to talk about SE or other things.
I also really hated her with her way to ask me (and even my full guild) to join A1.
Queen of the game i love. You will be missed more than i expected.
So able to hide the shadows in you, you passed away leaving us in tears.
I feel sorry for both real and virtual family. A big hug to you all.

Ummm, wow, really don't know what to say or think. Second person within the day that I only sort of know that I learn has passed or is passing, and even with not knowing them in person is just a weird feeling.

All I can say is R.I.P. Cait. You are one of those people who has been a huge part of this community from well before I started, one of the names I have always recognized as a major part of this game and community. Your contributions to A1, the larger community, your championing of Ter Adun and other unusual decks, and your relentless countering of various forum trolls will not be forgotten. The sadness and strangeness of this is odd even for me who didn't even know you that well, so I also send my thoughts to your family, friends and fellow A1 members in this time.

Caitlyn, it was great to know you through this forum and IRC and Telegram and in-game all these years. It's no secret we had many ups and downs, which mostly seemed to correlate with buffs and nerfs, but I always had respect for your opinions (and for you as a person), even if they couldn't all be represented in the game. I wish I'd known we had so little time left to talk, I would have told you how important you have been to Shadow Era all these years and how helpful you have been to the Design Team and Wulven in general. Sure, we had some heated disagreements but it was always clear your intentions were about making this game great and your passion for the game continued whether you got your way or not ... and sometimes you got more passionate if you didn't get your way!

I don't know what comes after death, but I do know you will live on in our hearts and memories, and in the cards you helped shape and the people you helped mentor, and I hope we can do some special things in-game to honour you and all you gave to us over the years, right until the very end. If you choose to rest now, I hope you rest in peace, but I have a feeling you will still be fighting the good fight from beyond this mortal plane. Thank you for everything, Caitlyn.

You were the heart of A1, always there to inspire and motivate us. We couldn't have asked for a better leader. Thank you for all you have done for A1 and this game. You will be remembered.

Irretrievable loss for whole community.
My last private big talk with her was few weeks ago about my humble present - avatar for her.



She was strong and full of joy till last days, charging us with energy and inspiring in our initiatives.

The word that best explained you was passion. Red must have been your favorite color. Just like your hood.
All I can say is rest in peace. My condolences to your family. Your SE family will greatly miss you, that's for sure.

I am in favor of showing some kind of respect to one of the cornerstones of this game. A card with her name, sleeves, anything that will make her spirit part of this game.

Caitlyn was a friend a sister and a mentor to me. I personally joined a1 because of her great attitude and leadership spirit.
she meant a lot to us and me personally. being the first guild I knew about she inspired my life in the real world and in the shadow era universe
I really mean it when I say she was one of the best people I knew.
