A new development team is great news. Shows a road to a more vibrant game instead of one that could be on the brink of collapse.
Awesome news.

I voted for ranking/ leagues, plenty of tourneys already, guilds already exist, 2v2 would be cool, but leagues would pretty much give us huge wulven run tourneys. I could see some fun leagues being made.
I voted for guilds...
The vast majority of SE players never visit the forums. Having an in-game guild system with messaging, guild bank, guild rankings etc will bring the community to the more casual players. Instead of a handful of guilds now, there will be hundreds!
My vote is for auto tourneys, second place to auction house to place the foils from tourneys... ;-)
Usually i play without sounds at night time... but if i would choose another would be more sound/visual effects.

New game modes!
My vote is for UI updates. I feel like game is on pair with competition regarding rank mode, balancing, card designs, but is falling far behind with its UI which is outdated. Honestly it looks like late 90s game. I would even argue with changes in SF and Lost Lands it actually regressed compared to its original and lost some of it unique aspects even if it gain some little functionality. Also deck builder is too basic and laggy. At least it needs more filters that are orginised better.. I see tournaments is most requested feature but when I used to participate and organise them I felt community aspect was best part of them and it may get lost. Far bigger games do not have them and some games that did have them the feature felt underwhelming to me especially in smaller games with small player base. Joining a tournament and then long waits to achieve enough players to start it is not a fun experience. There is also a problem with quitters and possible exploits from guilds since there is no TO to supervise. From new game modes I think if campaign really turns out that big it will be enough to bring back older players to check it out. Meltdown could use some tweaks for sure, e.g. make it more like HS arena. Number one complain about it was the fact you can use your deck only once.
EDIT: I didnt read OP in detail but under UI changes I also consider special effects for cards. I got confused what does SFX mean in the poll. I would vote for that as well.
