We solved this very quickly on TG, by creating a guilds leadership room, giving a voice to all guilds, that was then replaced with an admin room for all SE official chats. Being part of a guild is great for SE and for myself , I know. But it is certainly not nessicary.

But anybody who gets these position should be looking out for SE community and growth, period. If they have other aspirations , such as recruiting or guild bashing or player abuse, they should not even try out.

Look, the only reason I would do this is because I love SE and all you players, I've loved watching the game grow and change and survive. I owe SE that much.
(Well maybe not after all the dam specials I bought! ). But I'm here for the long haul, I'll be on TG anyway. There are so many great people who are part of SE, filling multiple time slots over the globe should not be a problem.
But anybody with that position is a rep of SE and its community, not thier guild.
Guild player should not be given mods power. Guild leader even less.

Problem solved.
