An Existing Game in Progress

I hit the battle button, game started to load, said joining game, then shoved me all the way back to start screen, with message that said you have been logged out of the game, or something like that. Went back to challenge screen searched my games and it was loaded against a Serena player. They ended up leaving and I got increased rating.

As far as I know, you're the only person with this issue, and maybe the message is legit in that there's another game still in progress (maybe on another instance of the client?) I've just checked your account and you seem to switch between two different IP addresses within a short space of time. If one isn't closed off properly, then it might still think the game is there.

happened again just now, without VPN being turned on
after hitting battle, the game did not successfully connected, when I searched my history I saw I have an ongoing match with TJ Fenelon
