One thing to add to what's already been said: I appreciate that you at least listen to the community about various issues they perceive in the game. We may complain a lot, but the game is great, so we keep playing and want to help make it better. Don't let criticism get you down.

So I should never reopen drop boxes for my students or let them turn in homework late? It was a gesture that still made them exclusive to those who paid but allowed those who wanted to catch up to do so. They didn't trick you--they were available for a limited time and then reopened for an even more limited amount of time. Guess what? Not everyone has those sleeves and mats suddenly. They're still exclusive items.

I bought every single of those sleeves and mats on their release date thinking they would never be sold again like preorder exclusives, if i knew they'd be sold again i would never even bother buying them. I do feel scammed %100 about it, even tho its a nice gesture for you guys, not for me. They lost all their value in my eyes.
