    Exclamation No support from Shadow Era recieved with issues sent via email?!

    I have recently bought a bunch of physical cards and spent quite a bit of money as i live in australia and have to deal with the conversion to usd... Only to not recieve any products or support on the issue for 3 months now. I have sent numerous emails and site feedback to the shadow era support team and have not had any bit of help... I am quite concerned on the issue as its alot of money to spend to recieve no items nor help

    Any information regarding the issue would be greatly appreciated

    Support is slow, Wulven is slow, you have no idea how long it took for them to send DP physical cards to kickstarter backers. Have you tried e-mailing Sales?
