That's certainly an interesting interpretation of tier 1 "qualifications". Remind me, why are those the requirements? And how does victor/garth count as having flood control options. Spirit shuriken? 3 allies isnt exactly what i call flooding. They both struggle when presented with 4-5 threats.

A hero tier list should be based soley on their performance capabilities (how many matchups favor them) and adaptability (how many different ways there are to build around that hero, and how well they can swap a few cards to adapt to specific metas). Zaladar is very much tier 1, has been since forever. It seems laughable to say he isn't just because his unilateral skills are "weak". Baduruu is one hell of a strong hero as well; using item destruction against wont even secure you the game.

If you say 5cc discard 1, draw 3 is a good unilateral draw, sure. It's not as simple as that but you know it's not a card you can use anytime. Only time I think it's worth counting as uni draw is when combined with Troll or Der'kan.

Yeah I know. Unfortunately, that's how the game is now.

I don't see it as a 5cc in any way but I get that you can, for instance could be used on a free creature just as an example - it is also very useful against Shuriken players and Marksman - I would say that some heroes could use this to consistently play to their own strengths as well, so maybe a bit better than you imply. Gambit needs a target as well, not so great against solo heroes and even Karash can be a pain for that card. I was just pointing it out since you have made your criteria on specific play styles and or builds apparently. I do get where you're coming from and find your analysis interesting for sure and even insightful in many ways. Good read.

I was wrong about Ythan and Raikka. I've just found tier 2 deck list for each. They still lack variety in competitive build, but at least they aren't as bad as I thought.

I managed to find their good deck lists because of replies I got here. Thanks guys!

P.S. I'm working on Rothem now. I think I'm getting close.

Should say the tier list for Kylt. Because your interpretation of what qualities as tier is a bit different than the average player.
For instance you have Logan ranked higher than Ythan. Say it isn't so!
Zaladar is T1 no matter how you slice it.
But for me personally I get what you are saying. Baduruu is T3 in my book when I use him. Just can't get him to ever work, but have tough games against others pioleting him.
