Sabreen doesn't even need haste to kill the krygon.

Krygon is very versatile for 3cc. He has a ton of synergy with many heroes, notably Zal. An aggressive ally with unconditional haste that can continuosly buff your side of the board shouldn't be able to stick around. He's balanced at 1 HP. If you want him to live longer than a turn play Elementalis

True I'd say this makes Krygon the 2nd best 3cc ally in the game.

Bold statement. I'm not convinced it's even in the top 10 let alone #2 for best 3cc allies in the game.

Terrible t3 play but does so much work for so many different decks I really feel it is up there even if my statement is a slight exaggeration. Only thing keeping it from being in almost every shadow deck is Undead tribal.

i think if your gonna give a creature 3cc and put it at a 2/1 with a ability that switches hp for atk atleast put its atk and cc evenly so i think 2cc would make it more reasonable and effective usualy at turn 3 you have a better creature so you would just discard the krygon for cc at that point ive seen it happen and had to do it more than 20 times

Based on the WC decklists we can see:
15 out of 32 used a Shadow hero
8 out of 15 used Krygon
    2 out of 8 used 4 copies
    2 out of 8 used 3 copies
    2 out of 8 used 2 copies
    2 out of 8 used 1 copy

    For comparisons sake:
17 out of 32 used a Human hero
9 out of 17 used Sabreen
    2 out of 9 used 4 copies
    5 out of 9 used 3 copies
    2 out of 9 used 1 copy
(Sabreen had been nerfed sometime after this thread discussion)

Still think Krygon is the 2nd best 3cc ally in the game?

Honestly those are pretty high usage stats. About half of all eligible high level decks run it. But, the main reason I stand by my statement (or possibly up it to best though I still don't think it quite is), is because if something like Garg didn't exist most decks would replace it with morbid and not really take much of a hit. The decks that need krygon don't have that sort of luxury.

You can argue that it is not a great measure of strict strength, but unless a card is stupidly OP it is hard to measure strict strength with no context or meta.

Though Jacqui I am curious what your top 5 would be. Since you are the better theory crafter.

But she does need a clear board to activate haste. Krygon does not. That's huge. Also, at 3 Health, she might not be around to do so. Not often is Sabreen left unchecked.

Don't even want to think of this being reality. Having the ability to play a 2CC ally on turn 2 and follow up with 2CC Krygon on turn 3 with the ability to ping 1 damage and deal 2... no way. That is just too much.

He is perfect as is. Reworked more times than I can remember. He is an ally like PoTL who gives value upon summoning. Sabreen can not always do the same. That balances the cost and stats. Especially if you play turn 4, which is typically the best move, and are able to buff or deal that extra one damage to an ally. How many times has that dam Krygon come down turn 4 and wrecked your board state? It is hard to counter a non-conditional haste ally. Even Krygon who is only 2/1.
