How to host pop ups and Tournament and 10 step process

With the ever growing game and new and upcoming members, I have devised a 10 step process for a smooth and general* way to host a popup or tournament

Step 1.

Create the rules you wish to have in you popup or tournament. Ensure they are detailed and easy to understand.

Here is an example of the rules

Step 2.

Post a thread in the following thread link.

Organised Play

Step 3.

Reply to the request for sponsorship thread the has been generously created for us by clicking the following link.

Post link from step 2 post in the reply as well.

Step 4.

Gather the players needed for the popup or tournament. It could be 8, 16, 32, 64, or so on. The sponsorship link also details the prizes for them

Step 5.
Create the brackets using challonge by going to the following link

Step 6.

Post brackets to the official organised play telegram and your original thread in step 2

Step 7.

Monitor the matches and updated brackets.

Step 8.

Post reply to step 2 thread with results of the tournament.

Step 9.

Email support at support@shadowera.com with the following information:

1. Step 2 thread link
2. Step 3 thread link
3. Challonge Link
4. Results from tournament or popup

Step 10.

As a courtesy inform the winners when the email has been sent along with the conformation number issued by Shadow Era Support. And always remember have fun and enjoy the game.
