In what way does a 3/4 body with ability that almost has no effect considered fine? How does he contribute to the tribe? How does playing him T3 help us keep board? If you're going first his ability has no effect. Going second you may just have Jasmine or death collector or even wulven scout
Show me one good deck that uses him (considering most Aldmor builds are pretty weak, even the strong builds wouldn't use it)
In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Jack, all these buffs that you are proposing are actually buffs to your current pet deck? It's not the way the game should be balanced.
Feasterling is already an OP 2cc ally and Packbeast is perfectly fine in its current state. Rest for the weary should be changed, but not to anything punishing a specific play style.

but other styles need answers to existing problems, humans have answers to rush, give rush players an answer to over draw. Not much a lot of decks can do well against repeatable draw like confluence, unless they have their own repeatable draw or something interesting to combat it. Yeah I admit some are a little ridiculous, but decks that don't want to just stall and wipe and draw cards need some effective answers.

Thanks for your ideas. There is an Edit button for putting them all in one post, by the way.

Anyone has answer to CoF, Shadows have Vermin, Humans - Eriss and Sorcerer. Or less popular Spectral Sabre and Sever Ties. Or you may try to establish your own draw in order not to lose because of card disadvantage. I know it's hard to do for Ele, but all players have to adapt to play styles that are dominating the meta.

In order not to be off-topic: I think Tar-written scroll may use a buff. Let it exile an ally with fire attack in owners or opponent's graveyard and target the opposing Hero as well. It's currently the only artefact that is helping fire themed decks, but it's too weak now after the nerf to Racksul which was making it somewhat viable.
