Older Digital Cards need to be updated to keep game going in a positive direction.

Why is there no updates to older cards?
By not updating them you allow most of them to become unused and stagnated. Makes them pointless, and Im talking about in general. Some individual cards are widely used but alote are dead.

Mocking Armor

is never used cause it wasnt ever balanced to current cards. If it was made to a 3 dur 3 armor it would see use again.

The old cards need to be able to be changed to keep the game improving.

They cannot be changed because of the physical cards being printed and they cannot be re-done

Or they could just make a bunch of new cards. I don't know, that sounds like a better option to me, and one you've already made a thread about as I recall.

Seriously though, not every old card needs to stay relevant. It's only expected that as new cards come in that some old cards are going to go out of style. I actually find that Shadow Era has quite a large number of old cards that are still relevant. But stuff like this happens in any game as new sets are released, it's part of the way these games work.

Yes the digital cards can be changed. Just not the physical. The game is based off the digital cards not the physical so they can leave the physical as is, but theres no reason not to update the digital older cards.
They wont change them is one of the reasons the game isnt as good as it could be.

Coc and dp are locked in place.
And actually every once ina while aome brillint mad scientist will use theae cards very successfuly. Ive played against a couple decks that use mocking armour quite well. And look at this post. This is a brilliant idea.

Older cards can be used. Just takes good fresh ideas and synergy.

But your wasting your breath. Coc and dp will never change.

And every single tcg had old cards that are not relevant

I want this game to be something greater.

Pokemon is still huge. Yui gi oh is still relevant. Magic is huge. Hearthstone is huge.

I agree inwant this game to be great too. I really do. But they will never change call of crystals or dark phophecies. They wont. Period. Gondorian will tell you the same thing. And honestly they dont need too. New cards more frequently would help.

I agree with this. I think it's a shame we lose the option of tweaking older cards just because we have physical versions of them.
