I was working on this same concept to try and get use out of locations.

I think your draw looks ok, but no TOK? I also think that you need more homunculus allies. Not sure you have enough now to make the concept consistent. I posted my deck below. Similar decks, less discard for me and more homunculus focus. I think Splicer's Crown has a place here for more draw with Rankett.
