A fun deck I came up with a while back. I always enjoy seeing underused cards be effective and this deck can make pretty good use of Rejuvenating Ritual

to unfreeze your allies or let Phoenix revive many times.

Typically your goal is to get Voice of Winter

and a Paladin of Unaxio on the field so you can unfreeze the allies you play. Even if you don't have that, Stalactitan works pretty well here. You could change out Freezing Grip for Fireball

, but I like the syngergy and theme Freezing Grip

brings, but its for control to get you to your lockdown... even if it isn't the most effective lockdown of all time. As with all my decks, may not be the best out there, but hopefully someone will have some fun with it.
