So, rush mage seems like a good deck for a noob, like you said it's forgiving to mistakes, can make a noob to win more skilled players, doesn't require a lot of thinking when played and is really depending more on luck that skill. But this doesn't mean that skilled playes and newbies can't play this kind of decks, of course.
That's a scrub. Not a noob.
