Haven't received winters last stand nor small gift

Purchased both of this at differnt intervals. Winters last storm two weeks ago. Have not gotten anything yet. My first time purchasing on the online store.
I've sent support several emails and have got nothing in response. Just wondering if I'm ever going to see my purchases.

Are you sure you entered the right email address for your account when you ordered? Is there an in-game message waiting for you when you log into the game?
