reading this thread, makes me sad. 1 comment on an LL card, garina road, which isnt any good anymore... and 90%+ of the cards that people want banned are from CotC. the one comment that was always made to me in PFG1... "we will make cards in the future to balance things out or make a hero better". i made tons of comments about lone wolf, moonstalker, into the forest, even some about soul reaper. and years, YEARS later here we are. way too much over balancing on the new cards, nerfing. and yet, almost all of the cards people want banned are CotC.

The main reason for my comment on Garina Road is due to its in a situation where it's either going to be powerful and shape too much of future sets, or too weak and never be used. There's no way to legitimately balance its current design without an overhaul of the concept (ie making casts either "spam limited" via shadow energy costs -or- introducing a limiting mechanic, and figuring out some limitation of the opposing ability).
most the rest of the cards mentioned are sources of occasional NPE (some more than occasional) - or just people not learning how to deal with them (most strong Darkclaw decks forego the Lone Wolf for example, it's only a problem in the low ratings) - and these can be "designed against" in future sets much easier than it is to "design around" a bad card.

Seems like there is an obvious trend here of people not liking anything that they can't interact with (ie embers, into the forest). On that note, I'd be a little careful with anything that has haste. While none of the cards themselves are individually ban-worthy, there is essentially no counter for haste (excepting braxnorian if you are a human) and decks like the hasted zalader or haste ravager are very boring to play against since they essentially just ignore everything you do and hope that they can deal enough damage to kill you. Every time a new 'haste' critter is created these decks get more and more feasible.
