this is at the end of your turn, when you Santa bomb him as on the second Santa, he discards 3cards?
Cause if it caused a draw w discard on thier turn when thier hand was full, that would be op!

Yes it would cause a draw to discard if it was a full hand

Change it to if a card would be placed in their hand when their hand is full it is discarded instead.
