    Garina Road Infinite Loop

Someone reported in game, that a Garina Road was in play and his opponent with one All Hope is Lost card in his deck and one All Hope is Lost in hand, would cast them without stopping as Garina Road reduces All Hope is Lost's cost to 0.

Is this considered a legal play?

It's a legal play, but one we've not run into before. Clearly it is exploitable to cause a Negative Playing Experience for opponent, but only because we add time to the turn clock with each action. We need to put a limit on the max time for a turn.
