Help me , i want to try Shadowera.

Hello everyone, i am new here, i can't say i am a new player because i didn't even played the game...why ? well,
i installed the game in my laptop with the windows 7 ( the only machine i have), it installed with no problems,
when i run the .exe of the game i get a crash error. (yes i did: Run as Administrator).

The following is written on the crash window:

    The game crashed.
The crash report folder named "2016-02-12_202058" next to game executable.
It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game !

I searched for info about this problem online and i cannot find anything that helps.

    Peace.

My only recommendation for the moment would be to reinstall it and then restart your laptop. If that doesn't work, you could try playing in the browser here. While not ideal, it would at least allow you to try the game out before you go doing crazy stuff to get it working.

Anyways, welcome to the game and I hope you enjoy it. While I can't do much, I'll help where possible.

Hi. I'm going to take a wild guess and say you are running a 32-bit version of Windows (Vista or earlier) when the current PC version we provide is only compatible with 64-bit (some versions of Vista, along with Windows 7, 8 and 10). If it is this, we will be producing a 32-bit version in the near future to accommodate you. If it's not that, then please give me more info on your platform.

^ He does say he has Windows 7 in his OP, so that's not it.

Whoops. Can't believe I missed that info about Windows 7. Well, did you find that folder with the crash log?
