Warriors need a new attachment card

Warrior decks need a new attachment card.

The card should have the effect:

"Attach to target enemy ally. That ally cannot activate abilities and loses passive abilities."

My Rotham deck cannot deal with Twilight's or Aldmor because most of those allies have over 3 health which makes Enslave the Beast useless, and it doesn't matter if I use Crippling Blow on Aldmor allies or, for example, Twilight Luminary.

There is Lythian Shackles, but it only has temporary effect. We need a card like Lythian Shackles that has persistence until the ally is killed or the attachment is removed. Of course this card should cost much more than Lythian Shackles. Maybe 3-4 resources to activate.
