I know there's not a lot of allies for a haste deck
But I am posting this for tips and tweaks. But lack of allies has been the least of my problems thanks to the huge draw.
I play it as mid rush. Consuming Fear, Lighting strike, and Supernova helps maintain/take control in till ur ready with voltars ring and a draw engine in place. Use Irum to speed up and spam heavy electrical DMG.
