Both tbh. My curve tops out at 9 4cc cards (+3 Thriss Assault Plith making 12 if you count it). Exaltation MC and ED are useful enough to justify, but I prefer a cheaper build atm.

Feasterling is OP enough they are not needed (though they would be nice at times).
