Easily worth it. That extra card per turn allows you to do so much more per turn that losing the health doesn't matter.

The Health loss is only important if your playing against a deck that is trying to rush you down.

Rush mage and Shard of power Zaladar are examples.

If these decks are a problem for you there are options for healing that will counteract the loss. The gain of cards compared to all other options is worth it in my opinion, though you will want some other draw cards to support your deck.

Blood frenzy has no rivals
HP don't care for extra free draw for all the rest fo game.
If your deck Strategy is for long match, you can use Rampage or Enrage for compensate. But frecuently is unnecesary.

But whenever you face a warrior with blood frenzy allways allways allways end your turn when they have 1 hp left. Dont kill them. Much more satisfying to watch a bf death. But yeah. One of best draw engines in entire game.

Blood Frenzy is probably the best, but it shouldnt be your only draw. There are alot Twillight, Priest and Loest rush decks running wild at the moment, who can easily remove it leaving you without any draw(and they are hard enough to deal with even with draw).

Blood Frenzy is the best draw engine. You should take a couple of Armored Packbeasts if you are so worried about hp loss
