Great. Here comes my point, though. The in game store has those crystals at around R$ 45.00 (2.25 conversion rate). But the shadow era store has them for $ 20.00 and that would cost me around R$ 80,00 (4.0 official conversion rate as of 5/1/2016). I'm not talking about the bonuses, but the actual price conversion.

So there we have it: different conversion rates in different stores (or lack thereof) makes one deal way more attractive than the other. I can't confirm, but that can happen with other currencies, unless the devs make it 20 USD all around.

as far as i know, they last a while (i had 2 i didnt use for a couple of months)

and 20 US dollars = 2000sc (1 US dollar = 100sc)... if you can get more for less, its special. like 2700 for 19.99 in game, thats a special price, it even says the extra 700 is a bonus

I don't think it's currencies at all, but the high taxes in Brazil. My guess is that PayPal assumes all goods bought are of the higher-tax band whereas in-app purchase is assumed to be lower tax.

Brazilian taxes are an issue, but not in this particular case. This is just a comparison of 2 situations:

A) online store charges $20, I pay $20, Kyle gets $20, MasterCard charges me R$80. OK! (conversion rate 4, ok!)

B) in game store charges me R$45, I pay R$45, Kyle gets $11.25. Kyle loses money.

Someone in B is converting the currencies at a wrong rate, or rather assuming that role instead of charging in dollars and letting credit cards and PayPal deal with conversion rates, like usual.

Maybe I'm being dim, but after buying this I got a message urging me to try out my new card sleeve but I can't find it. I assumed it was the purple card above.

It's the same amount as in the previous exclusive specials, but now the Pick A Card includes Lost Lands cards.

Been away for a while, could I ask anyone who knows, whether this special includes within the Pick-A-Card, an option to select the four digital 'restricted' cards? I.e.

1. Corrupted Angel (CotC 201/200)
2. Carmila - Human (DP 153/150)
3. Carmila - Shadow (DP 154/150)
4. Soulbound Angel (DP 155/150)

I do realise these cards are currently useless (gameplay-wise), just annoys me they cannot be sourced for my digital collection.

Any response appreciated.
