The loss base attack makes this seem very dangerous to play.

If you have no allies can you play Blood Frenzy for free? If so this may be ok for non wulven builds.

Not sure what happens if you have no allies out at all (although I'm assuming having at least 1 ally out is implied), but you could still play Blood Frenzy for free in a Shadow Warrior build with Wulvens.

Yes. Having no allies does not meet the condition since a non-entity doesn't have Wulven alignment - it has and is nothing.

Love the ability but...why wulven, and why attachments...I've always seen wulven tribe as more of a suport ability class, since they have so many and many of them are really good. Wulven heros seem to be one of the only things i ever see playing support abilities as well...but...attachments? When was that a class defning feature?

If you look over what Wulven tribe has access to, there's actually a lot of attachments there to go on them. The intention was for them to be the most friendly-attachment intensive Shadow class from the outset, starting with Pack Alpha in CotC, but they went a bit off track in DP, but we're steering them back now with two more in SF and Relentless Savagery in LL Part 1!

Then helping out hero attachments or ones to go on opposing allies is aimed mostly at Wulven heroes and Shadow Warriors. So there's a style-of-play element and balance element at work here in this card. Hope that helps!

I see ELementalis using this more than Wulven Heroes. Wulven Scout+This+Exaltion= 7/8 that can see your hand...will be interesting to see

^ Yeah, that's the thing to keep in mind. Doesn't necessarily require Wulven heroes, is Wulven allies. And there are a few of those that you can run that are just Shadow Wulven allies, rather than Wulven Wulven allies. Combine those guys in a deck with various attachments and there you go.

Thanks gondo, its interesting that they were always intended to be an attachment heavy class. Warriors and preists seem to have been the designated attachment heros, but i guess the intention was: preist=human, warrior=neutral, and wulven=shadow.

Still...those darned support abilities need more support :/ i dont really think ravencrest will be enough either....
