I think it's good as a balance adjustment.
But the design of Twilight is related to the ability closely.

Alternatively you could have kept nerfing every <3cc item, while I think new choice is easier.
Now we still gotta deal with nonsense of Praxix, but at least a piece of crap from Shattered Fates is gone.

Needed, unfortunately. Her ability is definitely a cool one, so glad it stays the same except for cost. Only wish it had happened a bit sooner to have spared some otherwise good 3cc items like Flameforged Gauntlets from having to be nerfed first.
