Nice concept with bone sabre, but it works best with SK or horror. I would cut some dmt and derkan for the space as they are both unique (and dmt has negative synergy with bone sabre)

4 gambit is not enough for draw. You would need some sac lamb/tombstone. Sanctuary is a nice card but not necessary so I would suggest to loose them.

Shuriken is a nice card but doesn't synergies well with Baduruu. I would probably go with extra SS or other bows.

Bone saber does work with Der'kan pretty effectively

Der'Kan (2 summon ping + 2 bone saber + 3 attack) so you can do 2 damage to one target and 5 to another, or 7 to one target

Shadow Knight (2 bone saber + 5 attack) so 7 damage to one target

Forgotten Horror (4 summon ping + 2 bone saber + 5 attack) so you can freeze and do 4 damage to one target and 7 to another, or 11 to one target)

Der'Kan is the only one of these 3 allies that can ping the hero on his summon. The excessive damage to one target from SK and possibly FH can be overkill and wasted. Der'Kan and FH have the flexibility to deal with 2 targets though for more efficiency.

I would probably still add FH to this deck maybe try something like:

    Baduruu
    3x Death Mage Thaddeus
    4x Death Collector
    4x Harbinger of the Lost
    2x Cryptspawn Tormentor
    2x Corpse Shifter
    3x Der'kan, the Bone King
    2x Forgotten Horror
    2x Ley Line Nexus
    3x Tombstone
    4x Hunter's Gambit
    1x Sacrificial Lamb
    4x Necromancer's Shroud
    3x Soul Seeker
    4x Bone Sabre
