It's not easy to reproduce, but it has happened a lot of times to different players, and Kyle or the team should be able to look at the game logs to determine what happened.

p.s. Great initiative for making this list. The JIRA database doesn't have any of these that I can see ... yet!

Here's a bug I've encountered couple of times (and exploited countless more):
Shriek of Vengeance can destroy abilities even though the text says items. Cards that I've confirmed can be destroyed with SoV:
- Rain Delay
- Full Moon
- Bazaar

I'm assuming that the random defeat bug is because of different hack exploits that have recently been made public (see this thread). Kyle has also been actively checking logs and a player's game history for any suspicious actions. In any case, I'll just add this in as well.

Here's a bug I've encountered couple of times (and exploited countless more):

Currently, the game loosely associate abilities, weapons and armors as being an item. I think the game considers anything placed in the item slot is identified as such and can be destroyed by cards such as Shriek, Destroy Arms and Smashing Blow. It's not a bug, but more of understanding how the game identifies different things.

I'll repost this here, because it's more appropiate:

You don't seem to have the Regeneration bug I posted in the test server forum. It's related to possesion, but it's different, since it has to do with flagging non wulven ability cards as positive or negetive. Basically Regeneration removes all abilities if you cast it on your hero after stealing it. Tested with Blood Frenzy and Dual Wield. Blood Frenzy is iffy, I could see it going either way. Dual Wield is definitely positive though.

I played ten games in a row more or less today to enter top 20, I won all but the first 1 against a mid player Gwen ( my deck seems good for everyone but gwen), arrived at 312 ( number 20 is 314).
I start the new game.
If I win the game I can enter top 20.
Challenge.
Wait for other player.
wait for other player.
I think " oh the system is deeply searching for a good high player: it will be a great match!!!"
Suddenly a maledition appear on my monitor
The Exact words are" Quit"
Zzz
A count down appear.
I click every button on screen.
Counting down.
