"Vanity items" (sleeves/mats/etc) should always be for SC/money.

That's the way it's supposed to be to balance interests of everyone.

was just a example lol, the central point is make a unique reward (and upgrading) for every lvl.
Not 25 SC for lvl 2 and the same for lvl 40
