I had a really awful signature in the past so i changed it.
Actually i think the problem is that the application doesn't show a manifest to the operative system. Simply you just have to right click the app and do -> run as administrator. Then the app has the permission to (eventually) edit the file system and consequently your video ratio should change correctly
