Problem submitting Redeemable Codes

Is anybody else having trouble submitting redemption codes? I had set aside a stack from the DP physical cards preorder and just wanted to help a couple of noob accounts to acquire SF starter decks.

Under iOS the redeem.php page is accessible, but every effort to submit an account email and a redeemable code spawns a vBulletin error that the security token was missing. I tried iPhone6 and iPad2 under the latest OS (9.1?) but can't make any headway.

did something break during the server migration?

http://game.shadowera.com/redeem.php works for me! I just got 100 shadow crystals!

Thanks for your reply. I was able to redeem a code simply by using another browser. I don't know why Safari wouldn't work for me. For the record, Dolphin browser worked fine....

Had the same issue on OSX in Firefox, got same error - tried it in Safari and all good - your post helped me sort it out - cheers!

For me it didn't work when I was logged in on the forums, was saying there was a token authentication error. Once I logged out from the forum, it worked. Most probably that's why it worked for you when you tried from another browser (you weren't logged into the forum from that one).
