    Groundshift

Note: On-summon abilities are passive abilities.

Clarification: While this card is in play, all opposing allies are treated as though they have no passive abilities (like they all got affected by Layarian Diplomat), whether they were in play when it hit the board or not. It's an ongoing effect always being applied to all opposing allies until Groundshift leaves play.

Hmmm, at first glance, I think this looks really powerful, but also really situational.

Does the losing passive part end when the card leaves play?
I'm just confused cause you used the word ongoing, implying that it stays even after the card leaves play

Would be a nice play against a Moonstalker who has just stealthed, lol.

And I don't think the loss of passives is meant to be permanent, is only while the card is in play, although the wording is confusing in that regard. Would be way too powerful if it was permanent, would mean that any ally affected by it could never get stealth from MS again, lol.

As it is a support ability, it's ongoing effect only applies while the support ability is in play. With its on summon effect, I think it has a lot of potential. I'll have to look at vencrest again but, I do believe that this effect can couple nicely with it

It's ongoing while it's in play. Same as War Banner. I've updated the clarification to make that explicit.

Wow. This is an excellent versatile card.
"Locations" seem unbalanced, with no real value in spending SE to gain control of them. Dropping another location over the top or destroying them currently seems like the best option.
    This card will be great for permanently removing a location (exile) {yes, it costs 0 to play a location and 2 to destroy it however...}
The card also disables passive abilities! So common cards like Erika, Sandworm, Dakrath, Solider of Braxonia and Phoenix Urigon will be made vulnerable, not to mention it lasts into your opponents turn to prevent Furrion Terror, Sorcerer of Endia, etc on play affects.

..and it will completely devastate Moonstalker by removing the stealth from allies. (Stealth being a keyword, so the attribute is held by the ally not the card providing the benefit)

Edit: Forgot to mention. The fact it's a support ability that lasts a turn, also means ravager decks can use this card for location removal, then target the support ability for 'targeted item' destruction bonuses! (Have to remember to take advantage of allies without passive abilities, BEFORE destroying the ability!)

I'd expect to see a couple of this card in all 40+ decks.

It has nothing to do with this card.
What kind of name is ability to use on board, and to use in your hand to On-Summon ability.

This does seem awfully powerful. Also a good variety of uses for it. Very cool.

It's a 2cc that lasts one turn? Duration 1. Why does it need sustain, unless that's conditional to drop it. (You have to have that 1 extra res)
I'm just curious as to why something with a duration of 1 needs a sustaining cost?

Btw, I'm planning on having 4x in every deck until LL doesn't make me feel like a total noob anymore.

Nvm, it's a health sustain, I get it now, Opps.
