Can't cancel summoning falseblood cultist (not a bug)

That was solved more than a year ago, right?

When using a touchscreen, abilities - especially hero abilities - seem to be skipped or activated without the users consent. Veterans recognize this and can usually cancel the action if it's not beneficial, but newer players may simply feel frustrated that they didn't get a chance to make the plays they wished to do.

You can sometimes recognize this glitch by the white blob that appears in the middle of the card that is in the midst of activating.
