I'll try this theory out. I limit my cards to 40-41 mostly, unless I'm playing with Zhanna.

What do you suggest me to use in the 10+ free space in the deck? How much draw should I use?

What makes you think boats with bigger decks are better than other boats? They may actually go slower.

My question is: what if there will not be minimum deck size restriction? What is the smallest competitive deck? And do you think its possible to make it real for more versatility?

I'm guessing smallest deck maybe around 20 cards you still need to sack resources to play cards. Id probably start here

    Aramia
    Fireball 4
    LS 4
    Nova 4
    BS 4
    Boomerang 1
    Loom 1
    LLN 1

lol 9 cards you will have to sac at least 2 total cards to get to 3 resources. so by Turn 3-4 you will have drawn your whole deck. I love it

How are you getting to 3 resources with 2 cards sac'ed and no resource acceleration?

It depends on the hero you are playing. Lets say you are playing Majiya (one of my favorites). She has a problem with fatties and weapons, but does not need as much draw as others. I would add for instance:

    2 draw cards
    2 item destruction cards
4 fatty solutions (consuming fear / transmo for instance)
    2 allies

Using the sample deck I posted earlier, you will see I added to a normal 40 card Majiya:

    1 Amulet
    1 Sac Lamb
2 Shrieks (assuming the 2 LLNs were already in the 40 card version)
    4 Transmo Curse
    2 Grimghast

This helps her address her weaknesses without causing her a real consistency problem. If you are not playing a mage, you might have to put in some sort of anti-stealth cards. It all depends on the weakness of the class you are playing.

Large deck is very nice with some hero, like vess or moonstalker,
But IMO there is obvious weakness. -> VS Rush oriented deck.

In recent meta, Many player play rush deck.
And large deck is hard to defend that deck sometimes,,
bcuz It is hard to draw appropriate card
It is rely on luck, sometimes large deck get a better lucky draw. but when u play more and more rating will say it is hard to draw a required card
