What would you do? A short strategy exercise

Given the situation pictured below, and using this deck, answer the following.

    1. Which card do you sacrifice ?
    2. Which card, if any will you play this turn.
    3. Based on what you now have, do you have tentative plans for what to do turn 4 and 5?

everyone from noob to master is invited to answer.

If you are having trouble seeing the cards, they are

    Now Your Mine
    Wrath of the Forest
    Wulven Predator
    Bloorpack Shaman
    2X Death from above
    Soothjaw

    Sac soothjaw play Wulven Predator.
Elementalis may likely kill Predator, but probably buff an ally. Then Shaman + DFA on buffed ally. Shaman dies next turn, i play wrath or Predator + DFA or NYM.

    I'd sac southjaw
    play predator

leaving the following options for turn 4
-if predator survives can play 2 of nyrm/death from above
-if predator doesn't survive you can shaman (retrieve predator) + nyrm/dfa, leaving a turn 5 option of predator + nyrm/dfa

I think you can get more cards from wotf in this match vs southjaw hence the sack choice

also against ele you will want all that cheap removal to take his threats out easily so I'd minimize them as sack choices

keep in mind against elementalis he prob has a turn 4 6hp ally so you'll most likely want to keep dfa + ally option in hand and available to play at right time

Not knowing the opponents deck, id play the predator, as the grimghast only has 2 attack. In order to kill predator, he'll need to play another card to either lower predators health, or raise ghasts attack in addition to the SE boost. Hoping he doesnt play thadeus or krygon. If he buffs ghast with atachments (my hope) in order to get the kill, then I can play bloodpack shaman and now you're mine next turn to remove all his board pressense and have my own.

Worst case scenario, he plays krygon on his turn, boosts grimghast to +4 attack, kills predator and attacks my hero. In this situation I would play bps on my next turn and go into stealth, then use NYM on krygon.

If he fails to get his attack high enough to kill predator however (I find this to be unlikely) and instead plays another ally, I would play my armor next turn and go into stealth (depending on the ally he plays) this will establish my draw, leave me with sone board, and still allow me ti potentially kill off 3 allies on my next turn

Hmm, no. After looking at your deck list, I change my mind on initial sacrifice. Id sac wrath of forest in favor of keeping soothjaw. The turn 4 play of shamman is key here, as no matter what he plays (outside of grimghast and thadeus) the bps can do a suicide charge into an enemy with soothjaw out. This recycles it back into the deck for more looping at a LATER point in the match, where your tiger wulfs are key. In the now, perhaps the sac of soothjaw would have been best, but this deck has a strong finish late game so for the big picture as a whole, id sac forest in favor of keeping soothjaw

...And if losing, just quit and exclaim afterwards that you lost connection.

But definitely sac wotf. I hate soothjaw but it's got a purpose here.
