Raikka spellseeker + furrion terror

Raikka doesn't increase damage to friendly ally, only reduce. So we have 1 damage from Furrion Terror to friendly ally, not 2

Raikka's ability was modified after this thread was published. The extra wording prevents Furrion Terror from undermining Raikka's plans.
