    Priest RD (need serious brainstorm)

This is simple example of RD deck:
    ***HERO***
    Jericho Spellbane

    ***Allies (14)***
    4x Sandra Trueblade
    4x Puwen Bloodhelm
    2x Aldon the Brave
    2x Zealous Mystic
    2x Devoted Knight

    ***Abilities (21)***
    3x Tidal Wave
    3x Focused Prayer
    4x Plague
    3x Sacred Fire Walker
    3x Treasured Heirloom
    1x A Legend Rises
    2x Embers of the Just
    2x Zail's Hymn

    ***Armors (4)***
    4x Cobraskin Wraps

    TOTAL: 39 cards + Hero

I had problems with tempo. For example at 4-th turn (which is the beginning of RD) I've only either 2 ally or 1 ally with attachment. Much of cards, like draw engines or even Gargoiles can be problem.

Plague is best used at 8 res casting 2 plagues in a row. Try doing late game RD with cobraskin wraps and plague at 8 res and dedicate your early game for setting up.

Good ideas, may be even Janna the Myst will be better as hero, if i'll try fatty version. And Devoted Lightbearer, may be...

sandra trueblade isn't great in these decks. I would go more Devoted Knights and fewer Sandras. I also think some hard to kill fatties like fortified wisp or sandworm work nicely in this sort of deck. Essentially you build up resources, wipe the board, play a fatty, then as Kylt suggested, you get rid of the resources. Knight helps you get there faster, the fatty hopefully sticks around when both of your resources are low and then you can get value out of all the work you put in.

I would also recommend glass chalice of knowing and fleet-footed messenger. More than other decks, you want to be able to cycle through your deck to get the right cards at the right time.

By the way priest resource destruction was solid for some of Dark Prophecies. When they changed Plague it pretty much killed the archetype. Not many people play this anymore, since it's nearly impossible to get it to be consistent at this point. Resource destruction works in two ways - 1) by making the opponent unable to execute their main plan (i.e. being able to play fatties) and 2) by generating card advantage over time (they're putting cards into their resource pile, hopefully you're drawing more). The problem is that you sink so many cards and tempo into destroying resources that you can easily fall behind yourself in this kind of deck. Hope that helps!
