At the beginning of shadowera was cool archetype: resource-breaker (like ground breaker in M:tG). Deck was consist off Sandra Trueblade, Plague and Cobraskin Wraps. Why that cards was so nerfed, that even not usefull now?

Probably because resource destruction is the most hated archetype in any game
I honestly don't know why that is.
Baduruu is the only hero that can maybe kind of sometimes but not really play that strategy.
I loved my Here Be Baduruu deck :P - I agree though it's a frustrating archetype to play against (it generally is a slow battle, where you either break it and get enough resources to counter, or suffer a slow death).
Resource denial is something that is hard to balance for, it's not so much that it got nerfed, in that there still isn't the card core to really support it as an entirely viable strategy (its kind of like Mill, which has gotten more love, but is still fairly niche) - it wasn't even super viable in the old days (it was just more viable due to less options for other players).
And I hate stall worse than resource denial - I'd rather play on the lean than deal with a "mother may I?" situation.
nerf stall and give love to RD
Never let the Right Thing be a matter of Convenience
I think that the biggest deal with the deck is that none of your RD tools deal damage. That means that you have to transition out of the plan but you can't really transition into anything.
You could transition out of the plan with pre-nerf Thoughtripper's Cutlass because the opponent was often low on cards but we don't have that anymore.
Everytime you play a resource-destruction deck, a puppy dies in real-life.
I hope you all remember that next time you think about using one of those horrifying decks.
Everything is about canines with you isn't it ?
it's not nerfed, just not allowed to reach full potential because resource destruction is NPE

It is one of my greatest hopes that in the future, mankind achieves enlightenment so high we would not need rules, laws, or government to keep the peace and govern ourselves. By our own motivation and volition, we would do what is right and just because it is right and just. This is the central tenet of anarchy. Not chaos and lawlessness, but free will and self-actualization.
