Thanks JR for your latest tokens :-).
It would also be nice to have a token "can't defend".

I was thinking about more tokens. . .
How to mark e. g. an ally which is frozen for 3 turns?
I think some additional tokens with 1 turn, 2 turns, 3 turns, printed on would be a solution for it.

That's precisely what colored dice are useful for: a blue die is placed on the ally with '3' on the top face, and every subsequent turn it is turned to the next lower value, the turn after '1' the die is removed and the ally becomes unfrozen.

I've always used colored dice - I have blue ones for "frozen" and green ones for "disabled" effects. As far as ablaze and poisoned, I would always put the card poison gas or consuming flames or flaming arrow next to the afflicted hero or ally... but that was before cards like meteor shower.

There are a couple of rather old threads about this stuff, somewhere, and Raph Majere even made a video showing the way he handles it.

Mostly you just need a lot of dice to denote current health and attack values. A small coin (representing zero) can indicate zero (health or attack) by covering whichever value it is replacing.

Where things get complicated is when you must keep track of Max and Current values for the same stat, or remember which ally was responsible for something, especially if you play Free For All, Two vs. Two, etc....

I've never even attempted that before, sounds rather chaotic. That being said, I also only personally know one other person who plays...
