    Lythian Sledgehammer and Soothjaw

When the active player's Soothjaw suicides into the opposing hero's Lythian Sledgehammer, Soothjaw is exiled and the active player does not draw a card.

Is this correct behavior? According to the SRO, the active player's ally ability should resolve first, and thus shuffle Soothjaw back into the active payer's deck and allow him to draw a card, right?

Hi. The current ruling, as implemented in the game, is that "kills" (present tense) triggers happen before "killed" (past tense), so Lythian Sledgehammer resolves first and exiles the ally.

I'm not wholly in love with this, and we may bring end up treating them all as being the same thing in the future, but that is the current ruling and so it can't be considered a bug, but a potential area we could simplify the rules at some point.

    Alright, fair enough.
But I just want to point out that when one has to look to the grammar in addition to the SRO, then it's safe to say that the rules are starting to go haywire :P
