Hi martyrok! I'm not a big strategist but let me try to give you some advice
First of all you don't have any draw engine. And it's really a BIG problem. So you'd better add Blood Frenzy - it's your primary draw engine. What about your secondary draw engine... I don't know. Confluence of Fate or Loom of Fate - the choice is yours.
Then you should replace some cards. I don't think Champion of Irum is very useful in Tala deck. Seems like Eleanor, Princess of Ellos is better (especially when she becomes a protector - she won't be attacked! )
The main strategy of this deck is rush. So don't loose tempo.

Crippling blow is like a staple in any warrior deck so keep 4 of it, to control allies. for armor, i think 2 pride of yari is enuf.
I do like 4 ellos resolve too so from the list Cossack gave u, u can replace Eleanor with Zailen Crusader as u can cast ur crippling blow or ellos resolve for free on turn 3 giving u huge board advantage. instead of loom of fate, u can use Confluence of fate as u can get draw from casting the CB and ellos.

-3 Eleanor +3 zailen crusader
-3 loom +3 confluence of fate
- 2 war banner -2 mettle of warrior +4 ellos resolve. hope u have fun!

np btw u don't really need smashing blow as ellos resolve can soak some weapon dmg or even none. but if needed drop the enrage and one dragon tooth for 2 smashing blow
