Right after I bought a preorder, I played a game to check and I had the gold frame around the avatar.
But I also had a huge problem: I was on the wrong side of the screen, I could see my opponent's cards and not mine, and I couldn't select a single card.

Hi there!

My guess is that you bought it while logged in, as BP Renew, and the epic avatar has changed your name from BP Renew to *BP Renew in some parts of the app but not others. In the chat, it shows you as BP Renew but in the game it thinks you are *BP Renew. Since somewhere your names don't match, it thinks you can't be current player and so assumes you are the other one.

If you log out and in again, it should resolve. I guess you won't be the only one this affects, so I'll let Kyle know. Hopefully he can do something to avoid this happening for others.
