Crimson vest is strong vs many rush decks, which can give Serena trouble. Bands work similarly well in those situations, but Vest is more versatile, and can still help you out in the face of item destruction - since you can gain health the turn you cast it.

When I watched Bobrossw plays his Serena in WC, I realized Serena is super strong when she gets to play cutlass on a even board (e.g. only 1 opposing ally on the board).

So I defined that as Serena's win con and just focused on that point, choosing only cards that can trade 1:1 in early game.

It turns out that this deck carries many dead draw in late game resulting in lack of heavy punch to finish off the game turns earlier. But rogues, especially serena is good at keeping game once she gets the control of it. So in my opinion, dead draw in the late game is not a problem.

My conclusion is that Serena should concentrate on getting through early game in good condition and think about everything else after that.

That's cool that I inspired you that way. I never really thought of it that way, but I generally agree.

I helped Kylt with some early testing of this and find it generally stronger than my WC deck, except when it isn't. Basically you wind up with much more consistency in setting up that win condition. The cost you pay is in flexibility. There are certain decks that will give this deck a very hard time. As long as those decks aren't too popular in the meta and you don't mind an occasional auto-loss, this is a great deck.
